Bob was the President of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of REALTORS® in 2006. A consistent top-achieving sales associate, Bob has been a Santa Ynez Valley resident since 1959. With his knowledge of the valley and its colorful history, together with his expertise in the variety of properties here, Bob offers his clients his commitment to professionalism and unparalleled service.
A graduate of Santa Ynez High School, Bob received his real estate degree from Allan Hancock College in 1974 and is a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute which allows him to carry the GRI designation. He served for 12 years on the Association of Santa Ynez Valley Board of REALTOR'S® Multiple Listing Service Executive Committee and on the Board of REALTORS® for 7 years. He has served on the Education Committee and was Chairperson of the Long-Range Planning Committee. He has served as a State Director for the California Association of REALTORS® and a National Director for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Bob was also voted Realtor of the Year by his peers in 1997 and in 2000, he was named "Man of the Millennium" by the Santa Ynez Valley Association of REATORS®.
While with Coldwell Banker for almost 20 years, Bob was a graduate of Coldwell Banker University and had earned the designation of "Previews Specialist" which is a special division of Coldwell Banker that specializes in prestige and upper-end properties. Bob's real estate awards include PCMLS Network Award for Recognition of Outstanding Leadership & Service, and for Dedicated Service from the Association of Santa Ynez Valley Board of Realtors. From his company, the President's Club Award, the Diamond Society, and the Multi-Million Dollar Club Awards.
He has worked with a real estate partner, Jackie Pensa since 1991, winning top-producer awards every year from their very first year together as a team. They recently changed offices and are now members of the Prudential California Real Estate office in Solvang. It's been a wonderful and timely transition for the team and their clients.
